In
the event of temporary brain drain, Land Rover has prepared The 2010 2011 land rover Discovery for those that might push it too far.
The suspension has been upgraded since its inception to include
modified Range Rover axles with a wider front and rear track for
a more stable ride, plus a new Watts linkage rear suspension. A
fairly robust 300 lb-ft of torque available at a low 2,600 rpm,
50 lb-ft greater than the old model, gives it a decent level of
oomph off the line. Additionally all 2010 2011 land rover Discovery
models will be fitted with Automatic Drive-Away Locking. This
fully automatic system locks all of the doors as the vehicle
moves away. The system will detect when the driver or passengers
wish to exit the vehicle and will unlock all of the doors and
doors are also unlocked when the engine is switched off. For
2010 2011, the land rover Discovery receives additional revisions to
enhance its appeal with families. |
