Chrysler Improving According to Consumer Reports

Chrysler has been in the news recently as the basically the Cinderella story of the auto industry. Most people had thought that Chrysler was history, but they have proven that they have what it takes to succeed and to grow in the economy. They are now in the news for the improvements that they have made that has put them a long way with consumer reports. Consumer Reports has said that of the eight models that Chrysler has to offer right now that they tested all of them and found that four of these models had made significant improvements to the handling and performance, while also making improvements to the interior finish as well. The other four models were still lacking behind, but there is no reason why they too cannot be improved over time.

Consumer Reports said that the Dodge Durango and Charger are the two vehicles that have improved the most, which is good news for those that are considering these vehicles. They also pointed out that the Chrysler Town and Country also improved quite a bit from what it used to be. Though this is all good news, Consumer Reports is quick to point out that the company still has a long way to go before they are back on top in the auto market.

The magazine points out that most of the vehicles that are being offered by Chrysler are still mediocre, and that the competition is still outweighing them in almost every category. Therefore, if Chrysler is really wanting to make a difference, then they are going to have to change a lot of their vehicles.

For Chrysler, this is known news. However, we cannot dismiss just how much effort they have put in thus far for the vehicles that they released. From a company that most people thought would perish, to what they are today is an amazing feat. Give them a few more months and more than likely the vehicles will be up to the standards or by passing what Consumer Reports has laid out.
