 The 2010 2011 Honda Civic has been a benchmark for the economy car class ever since its
introduction in 1973. There are a number of minor changes on the Honda Civic this year in order to keep it abreast with competitors' offerings. The restyling for 2010 2011 Honda Civic includes exterior styling on the coupe and sedan, restyling for the front and rear bumpers, hood, headlights and grille. The interiors have upgraded audio speakers, floor mats on the LX and EX trims. The LX trim is quipped with 15 inches wheels this year and standard keyless entry.
The 2010 2011 Honda Civic is available as a coupe, sedan or hatchback. There are three trim levels for the coupe and sedan: DX, LX and EX. The DX trim excludes the basic features like air conditioning, power mirrors and a tachometer. The LX is the better choice; with most of the features you need, including cruise control, air, power windows and a CD player. The EX provides you a moonroof, antilock brakes, keyless entry, variable wipers, a driver seat-height adjuster and 15-inch wheels. The performance features on the DX, LX includes a 115-horsepower, 1.7-liter four-cylinder engine. The EX powers up to 127 hp, while the 117-hp HX boasts more miserly fuel economy. |

| There are the four specialty models of 2010 2011 Honda Civic: the HX coupe, GX sedan, Si hatchback and Hybrid sedan. The HX coupe is equipped similarly to the DX coupe, while the GX sedan matches closely to the LX sedan. The Civic Si hatchback boasts, as compared to other Civics, standard rear disc brakes, a sport-tuned suspension, sport seats and special gauges. The Hybrid, adds special powertrain, comes with a full complement of standard features. The HX, Hybrid and natural gas-powered GX uses variable transmission, and all Civic 1.7-liter engines meet ultralow emission vehicle (ULEV) standards. The Civic Hybrid delivers 93 hp and boasts the best fuel economy figures in the Civic series -- 46 mpg in the city and 51 mpg on the highway for manual transmission-equipped cars. The 160-hp Si is the most powerful Civic with five-speed manual transmission. |
