2011 Ford ZX2

2011 Ford ZX2 is a sport coupe, with a sophisticated touch. The overall effect is contemporary, yet timeless. Its back seat and trunk are spacious and usable for cargo. The ZX2 is fuel economic, and costs less than some base-level sedans.

The 2011 Ford ZX2 comes in 3 trim levels, Deluxe, Base and Premium.

 

  • The base model priced at $12,815, is equipped with power mirrors, AM/FM/cassette and rear spoiler. Standard Fog lamps. Air conditioning is optional.
  • Deluxe priced ay $13,860, includes air conditioning, cruise control, CD player, floor mats, a leather-wrapped tilt steering wheel and map lights. A power sliding moonroof is available on Premium or Deluxe trim.
  • Premium at $14,315 comes with integrated fog lamps, power windows, power door locks with remote keyless entry, and an alarm. Optional equipment on the Premium include leather-trimmed seats machined aluminum wheels, and a premium stereo with a 6-disc, trunk-mounted CD changer and anti-lock brakes.

 

Its interiors are roomy and attractive; its cabin is comfortable for long trips. The upholstery fabrics and materials are of higher quality than in some other cars. The driver’s seat adjusts for height; feature shorter drivers might appreciate. The tilt steering column is available on Deluxe and Premium models. The rear seats are comfortable with enough headroom and legroom for tall drivers. Heater ducts for the rear seat area add comfort in the winter. It includes an 11.8-cubic foot trunk sizable enough for a compact coupe. The rear seat is split 60/40 and can be folded forward to make room for longer items.

 

 

The standard feature of 2011 Ford ZX2:

  • A 2.0-liter, twin-cam, 16-valve Zetec four-cylinder engine, which drives the front
  • A five-speed gearbox is standard; shifts smoothly through gear ratios that seem well suited to the engine’s torque.
  • A four-speed automatic is an option.
  • Fuel economy is EPA-rated at 26/33 mpg.
  • Torque is improved slightly for 2003, from 127 to 135 pound-feet.
  • The independent front suspension uses MacPherson struts with double wishbones. The rear suspension is Ford’s Quadralink.
