Hyundai Limiting Incentives

Hyundai has seen much success this year, selling more vehicles than they had previously calculated. Because of this, Hyundai announced that it would be cutting down on the number of incentives that they will be offering those interested in buying a Hyundai.

For example, for the new Sonata there is no cash back incentive and only a 2.9% financing percentage rate for sixty months. If you look at the other automakers and what they are offering for their best selling models, for example, the Chevrolet Aveo is offering cash back of up to $2,500. What does this mean for Hyundai? Some have speculated that it will reduce sales since they are not offering such great deals as other automakers. Others are comparing Hyundai to Toyota in the deals that they offer. And as everyone knows, Toyota sales still seem to be decent, despite bad publicity with recalls. However, Hyundai is still offering some deals for their 2010 and 2011 models that consumers can take part of.

The current Hyundai Elantra is offering $1,500 cash back. The 2010 Accent is being offered with $1,000 or $500 cash back depending on which trim the consumer decides to go with. The 2011 models are also offering some type of cash incentives that range from $500 up to $1,500 depending on the model, as well as interested rates as low as 0.79% when choosing to go with Hyundai Financial Services as the lender.

Leasing wise, Hyundai is offering some fairly competitive deals with $199 for 36 months, $2,399 due at lease signing for the 2011 Sonata. While other deals range as much as $399 for 36 months, and $2,700 due at lease signing. These types of deals are expected to run until the end of November, so those wanting to take part should hurry to their nearest dealer since the deals for December are more than likely not going to be as good.
