President Obama’s Expectations for the Future

With President Barack Obama giving some time dedicated to the automotive world during his State of the Union address, many people were reminded of the promises that former President Bush had made about the automotive sector. In 2003, Bush proposed that fuel cells should become the technology that is running cars in the world, fast forward to now, there still aren't any fuel cell vehicles that are on the roads.

President Obama called for one million advanced technology vehicles on the road by 2015. Most professionals think that this is a number that is just not reachable. They point out that the US has only two of these advanced technological cars right now, the Chevrolet Volt and Nissan Leaf. And of these two models, there has been 326 Volts sold, while only 19 Leafs have been sold. The idea of having one million on these cars on the road in four years is a bit far-fetched.

Professionals that argue this point about it being an unbelievable goal, they point out that the making of these cars is something that is a tedious and expensive process that requires numerous batteries that companies are just not making enough of to reach the one million car mark.

However, those that are in the thinking of Present Obama pointing out that the goal is possible, however, it is going to take some incentives put forth by the government in order to make sure that the automakers have the funding to produce these vehicles. In addition, giving consumers huge incentives to buy one of these vehicles to offset the cost to the consumer slightly.

Most of the professionals that are focused on the markets, predict that a more reasonable number would be 750,000 of these technological advanced cars by 2015. However, right now it is a bit too far in the future to tell, with everything that is being offered to consumers and automakers to meet this goal, it could become possible.

I beaten the game a long time ago on Xbox, seems that Xbox has a sipaecl feature, when you have Xbox LIVE, you can download characters such as Rod Torque’ Redline, Victor Hugo, The Queen, Uncle Toplino, and more. (Also if you buy the Xbox game at Walmart, there is a code where you can get 2 downloadable characters!)
