Review of 2011 Ford Fusion

Everyone is looking for ways in which they can go green and save the environment at the same time. The main way that people do this is through purchasing hybrid vehicles that are on the market. Around two years ago, the choices of hybrids were limited, and most people ended up with something that had poor performance, but excellent gas mileage. It seemed that people were simply sacrificing the good aspects for those that they could tolerate. However, with the 2011 Ford Fusion, drivers can have the green impact and still have the performance that they want. The performance of this car is the most dominant characteristic that people are noticing. Even though this is a hybrid, it still has a bit of get up and go to it. The car has around 191 horsepower and can go from zero to sixty in 8.7 seconds, something that other hybrids cannot compete with as of yet. While offering fuel mileage that is around 41 miles per gallon in the city and 36 miles per gallon on the highway, the person is really getting it all. But, there are still other features that are going to jump out at the potential driver.

Some of these features include:

– dual zone climate control

– automatic passenger and driver adjustable seats

– upholstery that environmentally friendly

– steering wheel that is wrapped in leather

– Ford Sync technology

– Bluetooth and iPod can be used in the vehicle

– A sound system that includes six speakers

But how does it drive? Those that have driven the car and other hybrids are stating that the 2011 Ford Fusion is one that they would not let slip through their fingers. It handles exceptional with the steering wheel easy to respond, hence no stiff steering for drivers with this car. And probably the most dominant feature that people are pointing out is that riding in the car does not mean that the person is going to hear a lot of background noise from the road and other vehicles. This is yet again something that other hybrid's cannot offer to the extent that the Fusion is offering.

Those that are worried about the fact that this is a mid size sedan should rest assure that most people are going to feel very comfortable in this car. The seats are made to give people plenty of leg room, while the driver is really going to notice the additional room that they have. The storage in the truck is limited due to the battery being in there. However, it is not something that most people are complaining about. The only drawback about the interior that has many people worried is the dash board console in which there are tons of buttons. Those that are unfamiliar with this could find that they are pressing something that they didn't want and causing confusion while trying to find something while driving. Though, most are willing to deal with this because it does have Ford Sync.

Overall, for those that are wanting to make a statement and buy a hybrid, this 2011 Ford Fusion is one that should be at the top of your list for potential candidates for your new car.
