Driving and Talking on Cell Phone

Most people who drive, know that they can be pulled over for driving and using their cell phone at the same time. Many areas are in the United States do not allow for people to drive and talk on their cell phone at the same time, or they seriously discourage it since the person can get into an accident. Though technology is allowing us to still get those cell phone calls out through Bluetooth that is available through in dashboard controls that drivers can utilize. However, what about those that are getting vehicles that do not have these capabilities? What happens when they use their cell phone while driving? 

 

They will get pulled over in most areas, and for those that believe that they will simply throw the phone into the floor board and hope for the best, then they need to realize that this is no longer an option. Maybe five years ago, a driver could have gotten way with this. However, new technology is not something that the person is going to be able to fool. The new technology that police are using is one that can basically look at all the incoming and outgoing calls and texts that you have made on your phone throughout the life of the phone by simply plugging this up to a machine, called the UFED. Most people are unaware that this is something that is reality. However, those that have gotten pulled over are going to understand that it is something be worried about. 

 

This is an effort to cut down on the number of accidents that the traffic accidents involving cell phones are reduced in an effort to make our highways much safer. So the rule to remember that is unless you have Bluetooth capabilities in your car, do not get that cell phone out or you could find yourself facing a steep fine.
