Saab May Have Investor

With the horrible situation that Saab is in, they have been looking for anyone to give them a hand out to help them keep their company above the water. It would seem that they may have a likely candidate with the Swedish real estate firm that is considering purchasing the company, and then leasing back their plants to Saab. This is what Saab has been trying to do since April, when they first starting having money troubles. However, there is a lot of red tape to go through in order to get this decision to go through and work out for everyone that is involved.

The real estate that is set to buy the company has everything set to make this decision go through. However, there are a few things that need to be taken into consideration in order to make this deal go through. And most of these issues are money problems. For example, the small funding that they are getting from their Chinese companies and the European Investment Bank loan that the company has out. Basically it is like a game in which everyone involved is wanting the other person to put forth the money first, before they do. And thus far, no one is relenting on being the first to invest. Why is this? Simply because most people are not willing to take the risk with Saab since it has had a bad history with its finances and overall luck in the auto market.

It is still unclear what will happen with this situation, but for the current time, Saab is looking on the bright side of things since this could be the one way in which the company is able to stay afloat and to keep making autos. Thus far, for the past three months the company has been shut down to making any new vehicles since they are limited on the number of parts that they have due to their inability to pay off their suppliers.
