The Mazda 6 is one of the cars that many people consider when they are wanting something that is small and sporty. And for 2012, the person that is looking at these cars are going to notice that it remains relatively unchanged from the previous years model. One of the first things that people are pointing out about this car is the fact that it is rather practical for those that are looking for a nice small sedan. Yet, at the same time it is by no means boring. This is in thanks part to the fact that Mazda has made sure that the small sedan is fun to drive. They are going to find that with this car, people are going to have fun shifting into gear and handling those curves a bit faster than normal, when they decide to have a little fun. Yet, the car can also go to the car that is used to drive the kids to school and still have some style. In the opinion of many people, this is the car that people are going to want to choose when they are wanting something that is going to able to diversify.

So what are the shortcomings of the Mazda 6? Most people point out the fact that the interior leaves a little to be desired. The person that looks closely at the interior is going to find that a lot of plastic was used in getting it to where it is in terms of looks. For many people this automatically means that the interior is cheap in their mind. Add into the fact that the fuel mileage is not something that most people are too happy with given the fact that the competition is way ahead of Mazda in this department. And one would think with the lightweight parts that were used by Mazda, that the fuel economy would be much better, this is something that is a bit of a surprise for those that are looking at these cars.
How does it drive? The driving of this car is usually reason why people consider this car in the first place. They are going to notice that the road noise that they hear is not too bad considering some of the competition with the Mazda 6. They are going to find that it handles curves confidently and the person is going to feel as though they are an active participant in driving with the great steering that it has. It does have decent take off power, which is better than some of the competition can claim. So is the car something that people should consider buying?
Though it is a small sedan, most people are going to find that the interior space is adequate and the trunk space is one of the biggest that they are going to find in this division of car. Thus, in terms of a great buy, the person could do worse by not buying the Mazda 6. They are going to find that it is funnier to drive than other models, thus making it something that should be considered.

Mazda is known for creating cars that have an element of fun to them, as well as being top performing vehicles. This rule holds true to the Mazda 3 Hatchback. The Mazda 3 Hatchback is a sporty wagon that many people find are fun to drive and impressive on the eyes. For the past several years, the hatchback has sported the same basic characteristics, however in 2010, Mazda redesigned the hatchback for it to be what it is today.

The year of 2003 was when the public began to first take notice of the Mazda 3 in both the sedan and hatchback version, in which was the time that Mazda unveiled the first year (2004) for the Mazda 3 hatchback. The first generation of these cars is from the 2004 year to 2009. These cars were first only offered in two different trim levels for US consumers, however, over the years began to offer more due to the demand and the acceptance of the vehicle being so high. The 2004 and 2005 models were basically replicas of each other, as Mazda made no changes. They featured the option of two different engines, a 2.0 liter and a 2.3 liter, depending upon the trim that the consumer purchased. Transmission wise, people could choose from a five speed manual or a four speed automatic.

For the following year in 2006, Mazda may a few minor tweaks to the Mazda 3 Hatchback, however, there were not noticeable differences. The automatic transmission was switched to a five speed. As well as they eliminated the color of canary yellow as an option. They also increased the horsepower of the smaller engines to include an extra 150 horses.

In 2007, a few minor changes were made to the interior and the exterior and were widely accepted by the public. They removed a few trims from the outside, making it appear as a more solid vehicle, while adding a few features to the interior in order to compete with higher class vehicles. They also changed the taillights on many versions to include high output LED lights for increased safety when driving in the dark.
The year 2008 saw very little changes to the car, as the only major addition was the same colored handles as the body. The 2009 year models were the same as the 2008 models, however they are harder to find as production on the 2009 models only lasted for a few months.

2010 began the second generation of the Mazda 3 models. This was the time in which the car saw the most drastic changes, all of which have led to the current Mazda 3 Hatchback model.

The new 2011 Mazda 3 Hatchback is a little longer than those hatchbacks that came before it, giving it more appeal to those who have families. If the seats in the rear are to be faced downwards, there is around 44 cubic feet of room, which is impressive giving that this is typically considered a small car. The 2011 version will be available in three different trim levels, including Sport, Grand Touring and Touring. The Grand Touring is the most luxurious of the trims, offering heated leather seats, rain sensing wipers, climate control that is automatic, and a trip computer, on top of the already numerous features that the other more basic trims offer.

The Mazda 3 Hatchback has been termed by professionals as being a bundle of fun to drive and handles superior when compared to other sporty hatchbacks on the market. And many believe that Mazda will see amazing turn out for those wishing to purchase the new hatchback. The 2011 version has already won many awards, including best resale value of any small sedan or wagon on the market, which is a huge selling point to buyers. In addition, many have given it awards for its ease of handling and enjoyment in driving that they get from driving the new version. It is also given recognition for being one of the best cars on the market for the price. The basic version of the hatchback will cost around $20,000, and increasing slightly for the more luxurious trims that are offered.

Overall, Mazda has proven once again that they have consumers in mind when they manufactured the Mazda 3 Hatchback, with the fun that is involved in driving it, it is easy to see what Mazda is a trusted brand for many consumers.

With the hiking gas prices, hybrids are increasingly more popular among drivers. You can find many hybrid choices out there and Mazda Tribute Hybrid is among the most popular.

Performance
While certain manufacturers offer several trims in one model with different engines, 2010 Mazda Tribute Hybrid only offers 2.5 Liter V4 engine that serves its purpose well. The engine has an output of 177 HP which is derived from a V4 engine and a couple of electric motors. During acceleration, the engine can emit loud noises and to many people, it appears to be comparable in performance with a V6 engine. Among its most useful features is a CVT (continuously variable transmission) that directly move the wheels. The absence of rotating belt nearly removes all vibrations and indicates the advanced technologies found within the car. The car uses synchronous electric motors AC that generates 70 kW at 5,000 rpm and it is responsible for providing additional power at low speeds or in low load. When the Tribute HEV reaches speeds above 25 mph, the conventional engine is engaged to provide the additional power. Although it offers plenty of advantages that can impress car enthusiasts, Mazda Tribute Hybrid has a fairly admirable fuel economy. The estimated fuel consumption is 31 miles per gallon (mpg) in the city and 34 mpg on the highway.

Handling and Braking
There is also a 4WD model for improved off-road performance with slightly lower gas mileage, 28 mpg in the city and 29 mpg on the highway. The 4WD model can’t actually be qualified as a traditional 4WD car as it has a third electric motor to help spin all four wheels at once. However, just like many hybrid owners, Mazda Tribute Hybrid isn’t typically sought after by buyers to perform extensive off road trips.

It has a regenerative braking system to recover energy normally lost during braking and then transferred to the battery cell to further improve fuel economy. Unfortunately, those who compare the Mazda Tribute Hybrid with common SUVs like the Toyota RAV4 and Honda CR-V could be disappointed in Tribute’s somewhat sluggish dynamics and mediocre braking performance.

Battery
This car uses a 330V Ni-MH battery system that is located below the baggage compartment and integrated with a hybrid system controller that manages the battery charging operation, for example, the engine is turned off when the car is being driven with at low speed or without load.

Trim Levels
The Touring trim level comes with 16” alloy wheels, foglights, automatic headlights, automatic climate control, 60/40 split rear seatback, rear tinted windows, a tilt steering wheel, cruise control, a satellite radio, CD player, four-speaker stereo and steering-wheel controls.
The Grand Touring has all the features of the standard Touring trim and upgraded with heated front seats and side mirrors, leather upholstery, 6-way power driver seat, CD changer (6 CDs), a stereo set with seven speakers, and also an optional touchscreen navigation system.

Interior and Exterior
Mazda Tribute Hybrid looks similar to its conventional siblings and has a boxy design; obviously, the model isn’t destined as sharp looking and sleek vehicles. The Tribute is nearly indistinguishable to the Mercury Mariner and Ford Escape. Unless you are a loyal Mazda customer, this shouldn’t be a bad thing, as the build quality and control layout are generally acceptable. The stereo and climate controls have a convenient layout, and the instruments have a modern and upscale appearance.

Price
Mazda Tribute Hybrid comes in four trims, each with different price tags.

- Touring 2WD, around $29,500

- Touring 4WD, around $31,000

- Grand Touring 2WD, around $32,000

- Grand Touring 4WD, around $33,500

2011 Mazda Mpv offers a unique alternative for buyers who like the versatility of a minivan but who do not need the ultimate passenger or cargo capacity of the larger minivans. This year, The 2011 Mazda Mpv has been significantly upgraded, with a new 3.0-liter V6 that delivered substantially more power and torque. Mazda paired this new engine with a new and responsive five-speed automatic transmission and a revised suspension. Big, sporty 17-inch alloy wheels are standard on the ES version.

The 2011 Mazda Mpv ‘s small size hasn’t hurt its performance in crash testing. In fact, it is one of just a few passenger vans to receive a top five-star rating in all four of the Federal government’s collision categories: front and side impact, for both front-seat and rear-seat passengers.

The 2011 Mazda Mpv is smooth, quiet and powerful. It’s pleasant to live with. 2011 Mazda Mpv features a beautifully designed interior with high-quality materials, excellent ergonomics, and great seats. Sliding doors on both sides are convenient, and they have real windows that go up and down, which is nice for back-seat riders. Flexible seating and cargo configurations make it easy for The 2011 Mazda Mpv to handle a variety of tasks on a busy day. The third row disappears into the floor, and the middle seats are a marvel of clever design. If you want a big van this isn’t it. It is a good size if you typically have four or fewer passengers; if five or six regularly ride with you, then one of the bigger minivans would likely be more suitable. But if you want a family vehicle that’s smooth, quiet, comfort, agile and quick, yet can carry up to six passengers, then the Mazda’s new revolutionary car is an excellent choice.

2011 Mazda Mpv is available in two trim levels: LX ($22,690) and ES ($26,090). Both are powered by a 3.0-liter, 24-valve V6 engine that produces 200 horsepower and 200 pounds-feet of torque. Standard equipment on The 2011 Mazda Mpv includes antilock brakes (ABS), air conditioning, power windows and locks, Side-by-Slide and Tumble-Under seating, cruise control, 16-inch alloy wheels, a tilt steering wheel with audio controls, and a AM/FM stereo with CD player. ES adds leather-trimmed seats, rear air conditioning, front side-impact air bags, keyless entry, nine-speaker audio with CD player and cassette, chrome interior accents, traction control, and 17-inch alloy wheels. Compared with other minivans 2011 Mazda Mpv handles better on the road, and maneuvers well in tight confines. If it’s big enough for you, then this extra-ordinary car is a great choice.

The 2011 Mazda Mx 5 Miata is everything the classic sports cars were meant to be, and many things the two-seat British roadsters never were. Look up sports car in a modern dictionary and there’s a picture of a 2011 Mazda Mx 5 Miata. Well, there should be.

The 2011 Mazda Mx 5 Miata is simple and affordable, absolutely reliable, and fun to drive in a way not achieved by powerful sport coupes or high-performance sedans. It remains the benchmark, for its low-cost simplicity and outstanding sports-car handling. Those more expensive sports cars are faster and fancier, but whether they’re more fun is debatable.

The 2011 Mazda Mx 5 Miata is more lavishly trimmed than its predecessors. Even the base version comes with air conditioning, alloy wheels with 195/50VR15 tires, four-wheel-disc brakes, a CD stereo with four speakers, and power windows and mirrors. Interior upholstery is black cloth and the convertible top is black. For 2002, The 2011 Mazda Mx 5 Miata a modular Bose audio speaker system with automatic speed sensing volume control.

The 2011 2011 Mazda Mx 5 Miata are powered by a 1.8-liter four-cylinder engine with dual overhead cams, four valves per cylinder, and variable valve timing. It produces 142 horsepower and 125 pound-feet of torque. This special edition comes standard with a six-disc CD changer and six-speed manual gearbox, aluminum foot pedals, scuff plates, Special Edition badging and floor mats, a black leather Nardi® steering wheel (two tone silver and black on the Blazing Yellow version), and aluminum-like interior trim pieces (center panel, meter rings, inner door handles and shift plate bezel).
The 2011 Mazda Mx 5 Miata is not brutally fast, nor particularly exotic. Nor were the great roadsters it emulates. Like them, however, The 2011 Mazda Mx 5 Miata celebrates the simple joy of motion, of human beings relating to machines in a manner that borders on intimacy. The 2011 2011 Mazda Mx 5 Miata Special Edition comes in two new colors: Titanium Gray Metallic with saddle brown leather seats, and Blazing Yellow Mica with black leather seats with silver stitching and embroidery. In 2011 edition, Mazda increased the Miata’s power with variable valve timing, enlarged its brakes, stiffened its chassis, and upgraded its interior. Mazda’s invention is all set to give you something exceptional.

2011 Mazda Protege is a stunning combination of driving pleasure, interior room and comfort, exceptional build quality, and handsome design. If you have children or a family, you can respect the additional security features that have been added. The 2011 2011 Mazda Protege has got plenty of passenger room, whereas the new cars has very limited room to offer to their passengers. This was not the case with The 2011 Mazda Protege.

Even though the makers of this car are known for quality vehicles, this vehicle is really thought out well. When the maker of this vehicle was working on the style of this vehicle they were looking to give it a new look and a style all their own. We must say they achieved their goal! The look and feel of this revolutionary car is exciting to many car enthusiasts

When the maker of The 2011 Mazda Protege made minor refinements to this vehicle it was visible and apparent. This allowed it to compete better with other makes and models in it’s class. The 2011 Mazda Protege offers automatic transmission refinements and a creek free body. The warranty and workmanship that shows in The 2011 Mazda Protege also gives you a sense of security, allowing you to rest easier knowing you made a good purchasing decision. The engine is made of 1.8L 4 Cylinder 180 hp Turbo Gas. For safety reason, ABS Brakes / Driver-Passenger-Side air bags has been embedded with Mazda’s latest offering.

This four-seat-vehicle has also got 6 Speed Automatic OD.
The Standard features of 2011 Mazda Protege includes AM/FM Radio, Air Conditioning, Alloy Wheels, Antilock Brakes, Antitheft Radio, Antitheft Vehicle, Automatic Transmission, Cassette, CD Player, Driver Seat, Power Passenger Seat, Leather Seats, Power Sunroof, Rear Defogger, Tachometer, Tilt Steering and Traction Control. 2011 Mazda Protege is one of the top cars in its class, on par with the Honda Civic and Ford Focus, a step above the Nissan Sentra, Toyota Corolla and Mitsubishi Mirage…a couple of steps above the Dodge Neon. Stay ahead!

The 2011 Mazda Protege 5 might be described as a cross between the Miata and the Tribute mini-SUV. 2011 Mazda Protege 5 uses the same 130-horsepower, 2.0-liter, dohc inline four-cylinder engine as the Protege sedan. It is built on the solid platform of the tight, handsome, arguably prosaic, arguably under-appreciated Protege compact sedan.

Mazda is trying to not call it a wagon without defying reality, which takes a bit of marketing and semantic tightrope-walking. So sometimes this exciting car finds itself being called a five-door vehicle by its maker. The car rises above it. The main thing is, it comes in five colors. The Vivid Yellow in the commercial is the call.

The 2011 Mazda Protege 5 is very good looking. Cool looking, for an un-wagon. Trim cladding, just side sills and air dams. Great-looking 5-spoke, 16-inch alloy wheels, either brushed or polished like chrome. Speedy lines and stance, not boxy. In profile it looks like a short Subaru Legacy GT wagon, but it’s prettier at each end. The interior of 2011 Mazda Protege 5 is also way cool. It’s very neatly done, distinctive and sporty in dark charcoal leather dash and doors, with cloth seats. Both front seats of The 2011 Mazda Protege 5 are tweaked in lumbar and lateral support, and the driver’s seatback structure uses something called Pluma-flex board, which Mazda says is stiffer at the bottom and more flexible at the top, resulting in a gentler and more accommodating fit, and transmitting less vibration.

The 2011 Mazda Protege 5 may be small but it doesn’t feel cramped in front. Everything falls into place for the driver, with good foot room including a nice dead pedal. Visibility from inside is also very good in 2011 Mazda Protege 5. There’s no whumping in your ear when just the driver’s window is down. There’s a small triangular window in the back third of the rear door glass. There’s a lot of value in The new 2011 2011 Mazda Protege 5 apart from utility, looks and sporty performance. It embodies the zoom-zoom spirit. It deserves to bring Mazda more name-recognition and engineering-recognition. And as an option to a mini-SUV for a small, sporty family, that compromise between a Miata and a Tribute, it could be a whole lot of fun.

The 2011 Mazda Rx 8 is a great car with an innovative approach and admirable engineering. Its small (but powerful) rotary engine allows the unique configuration of four doors and four seats. The wheelbase and overall length are shorter than a sports coupe yet there is more legroom in the rear, and the weight distribution is a perfect 50-50 for balanced handling.
The six-speed manual of 2011 Mazda Rx 8 benefits from 250 horsepower at 8500 rpm and 159 pounds-feet of torque at 5500 rpm, while the automatic produces considerably less, 210 horsepower at 7200 rpm and 164 lb-ft at 5000 rpm. The AT of 2011 Mazda Rx 8 also has smaller wheels and brakes and a softer suspension. The transmission is sequential, with steering-wheel mounted thumb controls.

There is a Japanese word, takumi, roughly meaning mechanical warmth, and that’s what The 2011 Mazda Rx 8 designers tried to deliver, although the result might seem to twist the word more toward funky. The 2011 2011 Mazda Rx 8 is a car you could walk around and around again, and still find new things to recognize and appreciate, especially if you lifted up the hood and poked around, and crawled underneath it.

The first thing you notice are the bulges, which if not graceful certainly have a style of their own. The 2011 2011 Mazda Rx 8 is most aggressive shape possible and still is stamped steel, according to a Mazda spokesman. It’s exotic – from the double-bubble roof, down the hood and over the bulge that’s shaped like one of the engine rotors (same as the logo), to those big wide ears of front fenders, to the headlamps and grille.
The 2011 Mazda Rx 8 is not only all-new, but a unique sports car. Its four-seat, four-door configuration is an original design that works. The rotary engine of 2011 Mazda Rx 8 is super smooth, simple, high-revving and almost indestructible, although it’s not strong on mid-range acceleration. It’s complemented by a beautiful six-speed gearbox and great brakes. It may be argued that the difference between a sports car and sports coupe (such as the Infiniti G35) is semantic, so Mazda’s claim to be the first and only true four-seat sports car is stretching things a bit.

2011 Mazda Tribute is a joy to drive and is at the top of its class. Responsive handling and brisk V6 performance will make 2011 Mazda Tribute one of best of the small SUVs sold at the moment. Mazda and Ford worked jointly on developing The 2011 Mazda Tribute and Ford Escape, and together they outclass the other small utilities, at least on dry pavement. It delivers an excellent value for people who want the image and versatility of a sport-utility, coupled with refinement and better on-road handling than truck-based utilities can offer.

Tribute ES, the top model, comes loaded with leather seating, a six-disc in-dash CD player and other luxury features. Upgrades for the 2003 Tribute ES include dash trim designed to look like carbon fiber, side-impact air bags that come standard, and available heated seats and mirrors.

2011 Mazda Tribute has an aggressive look due to its forward-tilted stance, short overhangs and wide track. Thick bumpers, side cladding and wheel lip moldings smoothly integrated into the bodywork convey a sense of stability and refined ruggedness. Large multi-reflector headlamps with clear lenses and rear combination lamps with crystal lenses add a sporty dash. A two-tone color scheme and minimal use of chrome create a clean appearance. 2011 Mazda Tribute is aerodynamically superior to several of its competitors.

2011 Mazda Tribute ‘s external dimensions are comparable to those of the Jeep Liberty and Honda CR-V. It is longer than a RAV4 and nearly as wide as a Ford Explorer.
2011 Mazda Tribute offers lots of front and rear legroom. It’s capable of seating five, but more comfortable with four, and no shoulder belt is provided for the rear-center position. 2011 Mazda Tribute ‘s front bucket seats were improved in the recent past. They are comfortable and of higher quality than those found in many SUVs.

The same is true of The 2011 Mazda Tribute ‘s rear bench seat. But as in many small sport-utilities, its rear-side windows do not roll down all the way. This awesome car offers more power than the Toyota RAV4, Honda CR-V and other small SUVs with four-cylinder engines. On the road, it is more sophisticated than the Nissan Xterra, Isuzu Rodeo, Mitsubishi Montero Sport, or Suzuki Vitara. And it costs less than a similarly equipped Xterra.

2011 Mazda trucks consistently set the standard among Japanese-brand pickups for spacious, comfortable accommodations and convenient features. If you need attitude, opt for the Dual Sport 4×2 pre-runner truck. Or consider the new 4×4 Off-Road package, with bed rail caps, tubular step plates, all-terrain tires, a compass, and other important wilderness accessories . . . like a stereo that plays CDs and MP3s. Incidentally, don’t refer to the Mazda pickup as the B-Series any more. It is now simply called 2011 Mazda truck.

2011 Mazda truck is available in three trim levels designated as B2300, B3000, and B4000. Four-wheel drive is offered only on B3000 two-door Cab Plus ($20,375) and B4000 four-door Cab Plus ($22,430). B4000 has skid plates for its fuel tank and transfer case.

Restyled last year, The 2011 Mazda truck has a look all its own: windswept, but still brawny, more like a miniature Ford F-150 than, say, a Toyota Tacoma; and certainly more restrained than the posturing macho of the Nissan Frontier. The new 2011 2011 Mazda truck is smooth all over, while retaining the square, glassy greenhouse that has become a Mazda pickup hallmark. The little-Ford look is more than coincidence: 2011 Mazda truck is engineered by Ford, and shares mechanical components with the Ford Ranger. It does offer its own interior and exterior styling and equipment packages. Its exceptionally strong prow sparkles with multi-beam reflector lamps flanking the prominent grille and its bold Mazda emblem.

Last year, Mazda re-engineered the cab for even quieter cruising. Also new to 2011 Mazda truck are seat designs clad in new fabrics, a revised instrument panel with a tachometer, and a revamped center pod for climate and audio systems, with large, easy-to-use rotary dials. For 2002, the Regular Cab still supplies a bench-style seat that can just fit three across. 2011 Mazda truck benefits from Ford’s engineering, but adds its own style. Its 207-horsepower V6 engine propels it to the top of the import class. Dual Sport trim emulates the tough look a racer’s pre-runner, while a trick new Off-Road package makes the Mazda more desirable for off-roading in 2002.

The new 2011 2011 Mazda 6 is an affordable sports sedan. It boasts more exterior and interior style than other mid-size sedans. It’s sportier than the other cars in its class, both in appearance and in its handling and driving dynamics. It’s more agile and holds the road better than other mid-size sedans, such as the Honda Accord, Toyota Camry, and Nissan Altima. 2011 Mazda 6 is lighter on its feet and stops quicker than other mid-size sedans. In short, it’s a better driver’s car.

The new 2011 2011 Mazda 6 is designed to replace both the 626 and the Milennia and is the best sedan for the money Mazda has ever built. After four generations of maturation and development, and considerable help from Ford Motor Company, the zoom-zoom guys have really put a fine point on it this time.

The new 2011 2011 Mazda 6 is one of the crispest, cleanest exterior designs in the mid-size sedan class, with a strong new front-end treatment that’s consistent with other Mazdas, the MPV minivan, the pickup truck, and the Protege. Cat’s-eye headlamps and big taillamps are both multi-element creations that enhance the action at each corner of the car. Everything in, on and under this car makes sense, and it all looks good doing it. The relationship of the lower body to the upper body is excellent, and the roof shape is designed for people, not for style.

The new 2011 2011 Mazda 6 benefits from a kind of muscular conservatism inside and out, with clear design ties to the Milennia luxury car. 2011 Mazda 6 has more personality than the Accord and more spunk than the Camry.
Because of the fact that 2011 Mazda 6 had to replace both the 626 and the more expensive and luxurious Milennia, it’s bigger in all directions than the old 626, and very comfortable front and rear for passengers in the 95th percentile of all body shapes. The seats are especially comfortable for fast driving through the suburbs and exurbs, with lots of good upper body support, and enough lower back support with the standard lumbar adjuster to keep you happy all day. The engines are made of aluminum to keep The new 2011 2011 Mazda 6 from getting too heavy, which it isn’t, at 3311 pounds for the V6 automatic Sport.

It’s more fun to drive than those other cars with quicker cornering and stopping performance and a sportier ambiance. It’s a great choice for someone who wants something more exciting than a Honda Accord.
