The sedan is one of the cars that many people are looking at and considering buying. And they are going to find that there are several options that they are going to have on their lineup. And one of these options is the Nissan Versa for 2012, that has been completely redesigned for the upcoming year, thus even if the person has considered this in the past and passed it up, they may find that it fits in with what they are wanting now. The reason for the redesign is that Nissan realized that more people are going to be wanting a car that is roomy, yet gets great gas mileage as prices at the pump are nearing their all time high's. So what is the highlight of this redesign?
Most people are focused on the interior and specifically the back seat. The seats are designed to give three people chair like seating, which is something that other cars in the market are just not offering. However, this is something that is found in the luxury line up such as those that are offered by BMW or Mercedes-Benz, without the price tag. And for those that are wondering about price, then they are going to find that the base model is going to be around seventeen thousand, which is still one of the cheapest ways that a person can get a new car.
In addition to the interior changes, Nissan added some room to the back end, which has increased the truck space by one cubic foot. While also lowering the roof, which was done for visual purposes only. And those that see the new Versa are going to realize that it does look more well rounded and has more proportions that are what people are wanting. Nissan did use a new grille on the front of the car, which is being given two thumbs up by those that see the car in person. And the car is boasting the new badge from Nissan that says that the car is up to standards.
There was around one hundred and fifty pounds that was dropped from the Versa to make it lighter and thus increase gas mileage. The person is going to find that they can get as much as thirty miles per gallon in the city, while averaging around 38 miles per gallon on the highway, which is a great gas mileage without having to sacrifice themselves to use an electric car that seems to be all of the hype. So how does it drive?
Most people are going to find that it drives rather well for a small car. Of course, they are going to feel the bumps in the road since this is by no means an expensive car that has the best seating in the world. They are going to find that take off power is relatively average for a car of this size and that handling is great. Fitting into those tight parking spaces is going to be relatively easy for anyone since the steering is well tuned in this car. Overall, for the price there is no better introductory small sedan that the person can choose from.

The Nissan Murano has been one of the vehicles that many people have talked about since it was first introduced to the market a few years ago. For 2011, the Nissan company is going to be offering the Nissan Murano CrossCabriolet. And just what is this? This is basically a two door Murano that is convertible. Those that are interested in this are more than likely looking for something that is going to be sporty, yet roomy, which this vehicle is. However, there are a few points that many professionals are pointing out as being the things that are making them think twice about endorsing the vehicle to the public.
First off, the price is something that the person is going to have to get over in order to buy it. Coming in at about $48,000, the CrossCabriolet is very expensive and not just anyone can afford one of these. In fact, most people after they see the other aspects that people are not liking, are very hesitant to purchase the vehicle in the first place. Secondly, most professionals are pointing out that the transmission in the CrossCabriolet is not up to par with the other offerings that Nissan has, and this is what is really putting this vehicle out of the running with even the most beloved Nissan fan.
But, with all of this being said, there are those that are loving the looks of the CrossCabriolet that most people have stated is one of the few cars out there that is gender neutral and not going to be labeled as a girl or guy car, making it appropriate for everyone that is interested. Another factor that people are pointing out is that the car has the ability to perform with 263 horsepower, which is pretty impressive, while still getting average fuel economy for a vehicle of its size. So the main question that most people are asking themselves, is the CrossCabriolet something that people should consider buying?
This is a debatable question, and one that seems to be based on the area in which the person resides. Those that are living in sunny areas, such as California are finding that the CrossCabriolet is one that they are greatly interested in. However, in other states that are not as sunny and fun loving, this does not seem to be one of the cars that people are interested in. So for anyone that is wanting something that is a bit smaller than the Murano, yet based on the same frame, then they may find a winner within this vehicle.

Nissan is making a very smart marketing move with their new Quest minivan. They are targeting their demographic, moms and dads, and utilizing the many authors out there who blog about parenting tips and advice in order to promote the minivan. This is an ingenious move for Nissan since the majority of parents follow some type of parenting blog.
Nissan has invited these authors to come out and test drive the Nissan then blog about their experience with the minivan. Nissan is sure that they are going to get some positive reviews out of this venture, which the auto market needs since in recent years that have suffered a loss when it comes to minivan sales. In fact, last year the company got out of the minivan market in order to focus on designing a minivan that parents would want, hence the new Quest.
The Nissan Quest has been completely redesigned and Nissan is saying that parents are going to love the new additions of the minivan. For example, they have included a conversation mirror that allows for the driver to still be able to see those children in the back even though their rearview mirror is still focused on the road behind them. This is one feature that parents are going to love because it is something that all parents do. They have also included a few features that those who travel a lot will love. The rear storage space is actually built into the floor so that when the third row of seats are in the down position, the storage space is not lost. Plus, they have also made the seats able to lay down effortlessly without having to be removed.
Nissan has really covered all of the bases on this project. They have even included an odor-neutralizing filter system in the van to remove those everyday odors from sports equipment that mom or dad haul around and those pets that go for the occasional ride with the family.

Upon the first look at the new 2011 Nissan Xterra, it appears to just be a newer model of the vehicles, with no significant changes from the 2010 models. However, to those who are avid consumers of the Xterra will notice a few slight changes to the exterior of the vehicles. The first obvious enhancement is the added two colors that the 2011 Nissan Xterra will be available in, which is Lava Red and Metallic Green. The same colors from the 2010 models, Silver Lightening, Red Brick, Super Black, and Avalanche will still be available. In addition, the Xterra model S will have the addition of body side moldings, which give it a more rugged look. The Xterra S 4 x 2 will also add rear reflectors to the rear tire. The interior will remain virtually the same as the 2010 models, except for the addition of the standard first aid kit to the Xterra S 4 x 2. The Xterra PRO-4x will include meters that are white faced now.
A huge difference from the 2010 models to the 2011 models is that there will be only three models of Xterras available. The previous Xterra SE model will no longer be available, and the Off-road model from 2010 has been given a new name, the Xterra PRO-4x. The other two models that will be available is the Xterra X and the Xterra S. All the models will have a 4.0 V-6 engine, which rates at around 261 horsepower. The X and S models will be available in part-time four wheel drive, while the PRO-4x comes standard with part-time four wheel drive. The S and PRO-4x will be available in a 5 speed automatic transmission or a six speed manual transmission.
Many aspects of the 2011 model stay the same from its previous model year. The long wheel base is still intact, giving a more comfortable ride for those people in the Xterra. In addition, the interior will remain the same and still offer all those things that people have loved about the Xterra including the bucket front seats, power windows and locks, cruise control with the buttons mounted on the steering wheel and the twenty ounce cup holders found in the front and the back. There are some extras that consumers can choose to have in their 2011 Nissan Xterra that include a Bluetooth Phone System, option to have the audio controls set on the steering wheel, and a premium audio system that includes eight speakers and sub-woofers.
In regard to safety, the 2011 Nissan Xterra will still hold its own, as it offers front and side air bags that are standard on every model. Plus, it offers the latching system for children in car seats. However, probably the best safety feature of the 2011 Nissan Xterra is the sensors that are in the roof of the vehicle that will detect if the vehicle rolls over, if it does air bags are deployed to help prevent head injuries to the passengers and the driver.
Overall, those who were satisfied with the 2010 Nissan Xterra, will still be happy with the 2011 model, perhaps even more so, as there are the addition of the two colors and more options available to customize your Xterra to your liking. With the standard safety features being a step above other competitors, safety is really not a huge issue that Xterra owners will have to worry about, another huge plus.

The coupe comes in base, Enthusiast, Performance, Touring and Track versions, while the roadster is limited to Enthusiast and Touring trim levels.
