The sedan  is one of the cars that many people are looking at and considering buying. And they are going to find that there are several options that they are going to have on their lineup. And one of these options is the Nissan Versa for 2012, that has been completely redesigned for the upcoming year, thus even if the person has considered this in the past and passed it up, they may find that it fits in with what they are wanting now. The reason for the redesign is that Nissan realized that more people are going to be wanting a car that is roomy, yet gets great gas mileage as prices at the pump are nearing their all time high's. So what is the highlight of this redesign?

Most people are focused on the interior and specifically the back seat. The seats are designed to give three people chair like seating, which is something that other cars in the market are just not offering. However, this is something that is found in the luxury line up such as those that are offered by BMW or Mercedes-Benz, without the price tag. And for those that are wondering about price, then they are going to find that the base model is going to be around seventeen thousand, which is still one of the cheapest ways that a person can get a new car.
In addition to the interior changes, Nissan added some room to the back end, which has increased the truck space by one cubic foot. While also lowering the roof, which was done for visual purposes only. And those that see the new Versa are going to realize that it does look more well rounded and has more proportions that are what people are wanting. Nissan did use a new grille on the front of the car, which is being given two thumbs up by those that see the car in person. And the car is boasting the new badge from Nissan that says that the car is up to standards.
There was around one hundred and fifty pounds that was dropped from the Versa to make it lighter and thus increase gas mileage. The person is going to find that they can get as much as thirty miles per gallon in the city, while averaging around 38 miles per gallon on the highway, which is a great gas mileage without having to sacrifice themselves to use an electric car that seems to be all of the hype. So how does it drive?
Most people are going to find that it drives rather well for a small car. Of course, they are going to feel the bumps in the road since this is by no means an expensive car that has the best seating in the world. They are going to find that take off power is relatively average for a car of this size and that handling is great. Fitting into those tight parking spaces is going to be relatively easy for anyone since the steering is well tuned in this car. Overall, for the price there is no better introductory small sedan that the person can choose from.

The Nissan Murano has been one of the vehicles that many people have talked about since it was first introduced to the market a few years ago. For 2011, the Nissan company is going to be offering the Nissan Murano CrossCabriolet. And just what is this? This is basically a two door Murano that is convertible. Those that are interested in this are more than likely looking for something that is going to be sporty, yet roomy, which this vehicle is. However, there are a few points that many professionals are pointing out as being the things that are making them think twice about endorsing the vehicle to the public.

First off, the price is something that the person is going to have to get over in order to buy it. Coming in at about $48,000, the CrossCabriolet is very expensive and not just anyone can afford one of these. In fact, most people after they see the other aspects that people are not liking, are very hesitant to purchase the vehicle in the first place. Secondly, most professionals are pointing out that the transmission in the CrossCabriolet is not up to par with the other offerings that Nissan has, and this is what is really putting this vehicle out of the running with even the most beloved Nissan fan.

But, with all of this being said, there are those that are loving the looks of the CrossCabriolet that most people have stated is one of the few cars out there that is gender neutral and not going to be labeled as a girl or guy car, making it appropriate for everyone that is interested. Another factor that people are pointing out is that the car has the ability to perform with 263 horsepower, which is pretty impressive, while still getting average fuel economy for a vehicle of its size. So the main question that most people are asking themselves, is the CrossCabriolet something that people should consider buying?

This is a debatable question, and one that seems to be based on the area in which the person resides. Those that are living in sunny areas, such as California are finding that the CrossCabriolet is one that they are greatly interested in. However, in other states that are not as sunny and fun loving, this does not seem to be one of the cars that people are interested in. So for anyone that is wanting something that is a bit smaller than the Murano, yet based on the same frame, then they may find a winner within this vehicle.

Nissan is making a very smart marketing move with their new Quest minivan. They are targeting their demographic, moms and dads, and utilizing the many authors out there who blog about parenting tips and advice in order to promote the minivan. This is an ingenious move for Nissan since the majority of parents follow some type of parenting blog.

Nissan has invited these authors to come out and test drive the Nissan then blog about their experience with the minivan. Nissan is sure that they are going to get some positive reviews out of this venture, which the auto market needs since in recent years that have suffered a loss when it comes to minivan sales. In fact, last year the company got out of the minivan market in order to focus on designing a minivan that parents would want, hence the new Quest.

The Nissan Quest has been completely redesigned and Nissan is saying that parents are going to love the new additions of the minivan. For example, they have included a conversation mirror that allows for the driver to still be able to see those children in the back even though their rearview mirror is still focused on the road behind them. This is one feature that parents are going to love because it is something that all parents do. They have also included a few features that those who travel a lot will love. The rear storage space is actually built into the floor so that when the third row of seats are in the down position, the storage space is not lost. Plus, they have also made the seats able to lay down effortlessly without having to be removed.

Nissan has really covered all of the bases on this project. They have even included an odor-neutralizing filter system in the van to remove those everyday odors from sports equipment that mom or dad haul around and those pets that go for the occasional ride with the family.

Upon the first look at the new 2011 Nissan Xterra, it appears to just be a newer model of the vehicles, with no significant changes from the 2010 models. However, to those who are avid consumers of the Xterra will notice a few slight changes to the exterior of the vehicles. The first obvious enhancement is the added two colors that the 2011 Nissan Xterra will be available in, which is Lava Red and Metallic Green. The same colors from the 2010 models, Silver Lightening, Red Brick, Super Black, and Avalanche will still be available. In addition, the Xterra model S will have the addition of body side moldings, which give it a more rugged look. The Xterra S 4 x 2 will also add rear reflectors to the rear tire. The interior will remain virtually the same as the 2010 models, except for the addition of the standard first aid kit to the Xterra S 4 x 2. The Xterra PRO-4x will include meters that are white faced now.
A huge difference from the 2010 models to the 2011 models is that there will be only three models of Xterras available. The previous Xterra SE model will no longer be available, and the Off-road model from 2010 has been given a new name, the Xterra PRO-4x. The other two models that will be available is the Xterra X and the Xterra S. All the models will have a 4.0 V-6 engine, which rates at around 261 horsepower. The X and S models will be available in part-time four wheel drive, while the PRO-4x comes standard with part-time four wheel drive. The S and PRO-4x will be available in a 5 speed automatic transmission or a six speed manual transmission.
Many aspects of the 2011 model stay the same from its previous model year. The long wheel base is still intact, giving a more comfortable ride for those people in the Xterra. In addition, the interior will remain the same and still offer all those things that people have loved about the Xterra including the bucket front seats, power windows and locks, cruise control with the buttons mounted on the steering wheel and the twenty ounce cup holders found in the front and the back. There are some extras that consumers can choose to have in their 2011 Nissan Xterra that include a Bluetooth Phone System, option to have the audio controls set on the steering wheel, and a premium audio system that includes eight speakers and sub-woofers.
In regard to safety, the 2011 Nissan Xterra will still hold its own, as it offers front and side air bags that are standard on every model. Plus, it offers the latching system for children in car seats. However, probably the best safety feature of the 2011 Nissan Xterra is the sensors that are in the roof of the vehicle that will detect if the vehicle rolls over, if it does air bags are deployed to help prevent head injuries to the passengers and the driver.

Overall, those who were satisfied with the 2010 Nissan Xterra, will still be happy with the 2011 model, perhaps even more so, as there are the addition of the two colors and more options available to customize your Xterra to your liking. With the standard safety features being a step above other competitors, safety is really not a huge issue that Xterra owners will have to worry about, another huge plus.

2011 Nissan Frontier offers bold styling and innovative design. These trucks handle well and the optional supercharged engine delivers decent performance. The 2011 2011 Nissan Frontier’s closest competitors include the Chevrolet Colorado Crew Cab 2WD, the Ford Ranger Super Cab , and the Toyota Tacoma. Upon introduction, the Base King Cab is equipped with a standard 2.4-liter, I4, 143-horsepower engine that achieves 22-mpg in the city and 25-mpg on the highway.

A 5-speed manual transmission with overdrive is standard. The SC-V6 Crew Cab Long Bed is equipped with a standard 3.3-liter, V6, 210-horsepower, supercharged engine that achieves 15-mpg in the city and 19-mpg on the highway. A 4-speed automatic transmission with overdrive is standard. The 2011 2011 Nissan Frontier is a carryover from 2003.

In 2011 Nissan Frontier, Vehicle Dynamic Control (VDC) with traction control is a new option for 2011 Nissan Frontier. VDC controls brake pressure and engine torque automatically to reduce understeer or oversteer in slippery situations. Using sensors for steering, g-force, wheel speed, brake pressure and other factors, VDC can control individual wheel brakes or cut power to aid stability in adverse driving conditions. The VDC option includes a tire-pressure monitor system. A warning light appears if any of the four tires falls below the recommended air pressure. 2011 Nissan Frontier rides and handles very well, for a truck. It feels nimble in corners, and the steering is responsive. The front wheels stay glued to the road when cornering and the rear end never feels light over bumps. It rides like a truck, and you can feel road vibration through the steering wheel and the seat of your pants.

2011 Nissan Frontier’s supercharged version of this engine improves acceleration performance, but it doesn’t make the Frontier a hot rod. Still, the additional 44 pounds-feet of torque should improve towing performance. The anti-lock brakes do their job, although the Frontier uses less-expensive drum brakes in the rear. The four-speed automatic transmission upshifts sharply, but as smoothly as an expensive sedan’s when your foot’s on the floor. The automatic doesn’t hunt a lot when the engine is being challenged on hills. Frontier comes with a comfortable cabin. The Crew Cab increases versatility, though back-seat legroom is lacking.

2011 Nissan Maxima is intended to dazzle its driver with refinement and available equipment, and it will likely sell to a fraction of the number of buyers who like the popular Altima. Upon introduction, the SE is equipped with a standard 3.5-liter, V6, 265-horsepower engine that achieves 20-mpg in the city and 28-mpg on the highway. A 5-speed automatic transmission with overdrive is standard, and a 6-speed manual transmission with overdrive is optional.

The SL is equipped with a standard 3.5-liter, V6, 265-horsepower engine that achieves 20-mpg in the city and 27-mpg on the highway. A 4-speed automatic transmission with overdrive is standard. The 2011 2011 Nissan Maxima is restyled for 2011. The all-new 2011 Nissan Maxima is quick and stylish. With the Altima assuming the role of a bigger, more powerful car, the Maxima has moved up market to a pricier position.

The sporty Maxima SE rides smoothly and quietly, while the more luxurious Maxima SL rides more softly. Cruising on the highway is effortless and Nissan’s 265-horsepower V6 delivers responsive performance for quick passes. 2011 Nissan Maxima’s interior is innovative and comfortable with seats that are supportive and luxurious. The interesting Skyview roof, a glass panel running lengthwise over the front and rear seats, is the sort of feature associated with futuristic concept cars. Also interesting are the available rear bucket seats. Together, these features make back-seat riders feel like full-fledged adult passengers. The engine is an absolute joy to use and defines the term ‘silky smooth.’ Instant power is available in any gear at any rpm — no waiting. The clutch is light and it’s easy to find its engagement point with the optional 6-speed manual transmission. Behind the wheel, the driving experience is pleasant, with sharp steering and a comfortable but firm ride with excellent control over bumpy back roads. It’s on curvy, rough roads where the 2011 Nissan Maxima’s fully independent rear suspension setup shines. 2011 Nissan Maxima’s luxury, like its performance, is top-notch, starting with its stylish “wave” instrument panel design with a sweeping console, striking instrument panel and special attention to driver ergonomics. 2011 Nissan Maxima buyers are among the most loyal in the sedan segment, and preliminary research indicated that where The 2011 Nissan Maxima is most popular-in the Northeastern states-buyers still clearly prefer front-wheel drive. The 2011 Nissan Murano has a lot to recommend it for anyone seeking a spacious and stylish transport through the urban maze. The 2011 2011 Murano’s closest competitors include the Buick Rainier, the GMC Yukon XL, and the Volkswagen Touareg. Upon introduction, the SL 2WD is equipped with a standard 3.5-liter, V6, 245-horsepower engine that achieves 20-mpg in the city and 25-mpg on the highway. The SE AWD is equipped with a standard 3.5-liter, V6, 245-horsepower engine that achieves 20-mpg in the city and 24-mpg on the highway.

A variable speed automatic transmission with overdrive is standard on both trims. The 2011 2011 Nissan Murano is a carryover from 2003. The Murano’s spacious, cleanly styled interior provides seating for five. Aluminum trim graces the instrument panel, which features a monitor with integrated climate and audio controls.

2011 Nissan Murano shares its platform with the Altima and Maxima sedans and, as such, boasts a four-wheel independent suspension (which includes an advanced multilink rear suspension and high-stiffness stabilizer bars). Antilock disc brakes with, BrakeAssist and Electronic Brakeforce Distribution, help to bring the Murano to a stop. Handling characteristics are excellent, particularly for a utility vehicle. The Murano’s sharp reflexes are complemented by Nissan’s award-winning 3.5-liter V6, this time paired with a continuously variable transmissions (CVT). While the CVT has noticeable benefits on fuel economy, its sluggish response in traffic detracts from an otherwise enjoyable driving experience.

For 2011, this is a vehicle you’ll want to take a look at. 2011 Nissan Murano comes with a comprehensive list of standard safety features, including front seat-mounted side air bags, head-protecting side curtain air bags for all outboard occupants and active head restraints. Immediately noticeable when you climb aboard is the distinctive “floating dash” design, which is complemented by the real aluminum trim liberally sprinkled around the cabin. Acceleration is lively for the most part, though the CVT can make for sluggish starts in traffic. Handling is sharp, even compared to other car-based crossover SUVS. Buyers can choose between the sport-tuned SE model or the more softly calibrated SL form. Unless you’re really into driving your SUV fast on a curvy road, we’d suggest the SL for you and your family’s comfort.

Upon introduction, the 4X2 SE is equipped with a standard 5.6-liter, V8, 305-horsepower engine that achieves 13-mpg in the city and 19-mpg on the highway. The 4X4 LE is equipped with a standard 5.6-liter, V8, 305-horsepower engine that achieves 13-mpg in the city and 18-mpg on the highway. A 5-speed automatic transmission with overdrive is standard on both trims. The 2011 2011 Nissan Pathfinder is all-new for 2011.

2011 Nissan Pathfinder features make up the car’s aesthetic, style, and comfort. Exterior amenities include: 17-inch alloy wheels, roof rack, step rails, and a unique rear door handle that is quintessentially Pathfinder.

2011 Nissan Pathfinder’s interior amenities consist of much of the same, such as: memory seats, heated seats, leather upholstery, automatic temperature control, and a standard Bose audio system. All 2003 2011 Nissan Pathfinder models also are available with dozens of 2003 Nissan Pathfinder accessories from Yakima, including body guards, bug deflectors, and an in-cabin microfilter. With options like these, it’s no wonder why so many Nissan Pathfinder reviews are so positive. Try one for yourself.2011 Nissan Pathfinder VQ engine leaves all other V-6 engines gasping for air. The engine churns out 240 horsepower from a double-overhead-cam, four-valves-per-cylinder power plant that looks more like a turbine than it does a car engine. Thanks to variable intake, the car automatically changes how air flows through the manifold according to engine speed. But according to most 2011 Nissan Pathfinder reviews, the car offers more than just chart-busting, map-devouring power. 2011 Nissan Pathfinderr also includes Electronic Brake force Distribution that adjusts brake pressure according to the weight in the rear of the vehicle, as well as a tire pressure monitoring system, which alerts you if your tires are under-inflated. 2011 Nissan Pathfinder is a powerful, quick performer. It feels surprisingly light and agile and offers wonderfully quick throttle response. The current design has been with us for awhile now, but the Pathfinder still looks contemporary. Pathfinder offers luxury features and refinement. Pathfinder remains winsome and efficient, with a square-jawed galoot look up front, emphasized by last year’s new grille. Multi-parabola headlights give it a bit of a jeweled appearance.2011 Nissan Pathfinder always surprises us with its sporty performance and handling. The throttle is very responsive and the 3.5-liter V6 delivers quick acceleration performance. It’s quick off the line and has little trouble beating traffic out of the gate. Pathfinder’s drive-by-wire electronic throttle control seems overly sensitive at tip-in, but we quickly learned to use a soft touch when taking off. The sporty driving experience extends to the handling. Pathfinder responds quickly to input from steering wheel, making it enjoyable to drive. It feels lighter on its feet than most SUVs, not as heavy and ponderous when cornering. This makes it easy to move through traffic and enjoyable on on-ramps or rural roads. 2011 Nissan Pathfinder is a modern, all-purpose sport-utility of the first order, delivering comfort, toughness and utility.

The 2011 Nissan Pathfinder Armada is big. It’s longer than a Ford Expedition, longer than a Toyota Sequoia, and much longer than a Chevy Tahoe. The 2011 2011 Pathfinder Armada’s closest competitors include the Buick Rainier, the GMC Yukon, and the Volkswagen Touareg. The 2011 2011 Pathfinder Armada is all-new for 2011. Nissan is introducing a full-size sport-utility vehicle this fall called the Pathfinder Armada.

An armada is a large moving force, and that description certainly fits the Pathfinder Armada. This big Nissan rides on a 123.2-inch wheelbase, significantly longer than that of Sequoia, Expedition, and Tahoe, though not quite as long as the Suburban

2011 Nissan Pathfinder Armada will be offered in three versions: the well-equipped base version, the SE, and the LE. The SE Off-Road comes in two-wheel or four-wheel drive, with special shock absorbers, all-terrain tires on special 17-inch wheels, skid plates, and fog lights. LE comes with a chrome grille, second-row bucket seats and leather-trimmed seats. Options include Bose audio, sunroof and a ceiling-mounted DVD system for passengers in the rear cabin. Armada’s interior has a masculine, hard-edged look, with large knobs and buttons. The dash will look familiar to anyone who’s seen a Titan. The Armada gets it virtually intact, from the raised center stack topped by the navigation screen to the instrument panel. Even the three-spoke steering wheel is the same. The best seats in the house, wide comfy chairs, belong to the driver and front passenger. Adjustable pedals allow drivers of all statures to have a customized driving position. The front passenger seat folds flat allowing long cargo, up to 11 feet, to be carried inside. Inside, look for three rows of seats with some of the best legroom you’ll find in a full-size SUV. As usual, third-row seating, with safety belts for three, is best left for kids because there’s minimal legroom and it’s a clamber to get in.

2011 Nissan Pathfinder Armada will turn a lot of heads when it sails into dealerships this fall. There will be no cheapie versions, every one loaded for bear with a powerful engine, strong and comfortable chassis, and lots of accoutrements even in the standard version. The standard transmission will be a five-speed automatic, which is preferable to a traditional four-speed automatic. Rear-wheel drive and all-wheel drive are available. Four-wheel-drive models have a two-speed transfer case that includes an Auto 4×4 mode. Armada boasts a 9,100-pound tow rating; a special low first-gear crawl ratio comes with the Big Tow and Off-Road SE packages. Like a true truck, the Armada body rides on a separate frame, fully boxed for strength. However, Nissan opted for a smooth-riding double-wishbone rear suspension for the Armada. Armada comes standard with 18-inch wheels. Shorter, firmer sidewalls on larger diameter wheels like these typically provide better cornering feel. 2011 Nissan Pathfinder Armada reckons to be one of the big guns in the big SUV field. Despite the trend to smaller SUVs, car platform SUVs and crossover sorta-SUVs, sometimes nothing less than a full-size sport-utility will do.

2011 Nissan Quest is anything but typical. With an athletic arching roofline and high beltline, the character line below the windows. This car is more like architecture in motion. Spacious at the same time, the Rouge Room features movable interior pieces for supreme versatility. With minimal effort any configuration can be achieved. Press a lever on the side of the second-row seat and watch in quasi-amazement as the seat falls down. It increases options for storage and enjoyment. Perfect for couples or families. Lots of fun to drive. Its not just a minivan. Add wheels and it takes on an aggressive stance. It contains sky view glass-paneled roof to let the sun in with panoramic roof windows on Quest 3.5 SE. Pull the retractable sliding shades, for less light and more coverage. Power Sliding Doors are Super convenient and easy. Dual power sliding doors can be activated via the remote keyless entry system, switches up front by the driver, and buttons next to each door or by pulling on the handles.
2011 Nissan Quest is loaded up on some of the most advanced and wide-reaching safety features. Air bags with brains. Structure of body is built with brawn. And special consideration for the little ones. Childs safety will be taken care with front-seat weight sensor, LATCH System, Reverse Sensor System, Anti-pinch Technology, Child-safety Locks. Impact safety includes Dual-stage Front Air Bags, Side Curtain Air Bags, Side Seat Air Bags, Crumple Zones, Side Door, Guard Beams, Height-adjustable Head Restraints, 3-point Seat Belts.

Front-seat Weight Sensor. Part of 2011 Nissan Quest’s Advanced Air Bag Technology are dual-stage supplemental front air bags with seat belt sensors and occupant classification sensors. They adjust air bag inflator levels according to seat belt usage and impact severity, and in the case of a passenger under 47 pounds, a sensor actually deactivates the front-passenger air bag. Quest’s standard dual-stage supplemental front air bags adjust their inflation levels depending on the severity of the impact. In a less severe crash. The front air bags are designed to inflate with less force. Using seat belt buckle switches, the air bags can also detect belt usage and deploy accordingly.
The 2011 Nissan Quest interior is just as interesting as far as exterior. The dashboard is shaped like an elongated rugby ball. Also features a 16×4.5-inch thin-film transistor display screen. Plug six CDs into the audio system and the cover images are displayed on the screen instead of the name of the CD and its artist. The driver can pick the CD to be played more quickly. To divert less attention from the road. The 2011 2011 Nissan Quest concept also has a camera mounted in the roof behind the second seat so the display screen can show the face of a child sitting in a rear-facing baby seat. Those facing forward in the second or third-row seats can be entertained by an overhead video and computer game system. The concept car seats six people in three rows and has a power sliding center console that can be positioned in any of the three rows.

The 2011 Nissan Quest has an open basket storage system, storage backpacks mounted in the seat backs and a bifold rear tailgate that can open even if the car is parked in a tight garage.
